Dear sirs, It gives be great pleasure to write to you today,in this world of second rate service. This of course does NOT apply to Lovells of spalding,who quite frankly,deserve an AWARD. Simon and Jim and their team are outstanding! From the very first contact with Simon,i wanted my daughter to come to Lovells to have her car repaired. As they know, Tesco wanted us to go to their repairer,but i insisted we wanted to go to Lovells. Thats where we went in the end to Lovells spalding. We not only received first class service (simon and jim bent over backwards,so much ! they could have fallen over!!!) but we got a courtesy car thrown in. Tesco wanted to charge us for that,if we wanted that in our policy. It remains for me to say THANKYOU to you all,probably the best service anyone could have dreamed for. When i saw the car,after you had finished,i was gob smacked! it looked like a new car,what a shine!!! Dear Sirs, Re - Repairs to HOnda Accord. You returned my Honda to me yesterday (Wednesday, 26th Nov.), after having carried out repairs to the front bumper, radiator, etc., following my recent violent meeting with a fox! This is just a note to thank you for the excellent service - the actual engineering and body work looks extremely good, the collection and delivery of my vehicle and the courtesy car, and the phone calls to arrange times, all worked very well, and was much appreciated. Dear Sir, I have just picked my car up after it has been in your body repair centre for damage to the rear end, my car is twenty years old and I have owned it since new, to me the car is my pride and joy and although not worth much in money value, but it is priceless to me, I would just like to thank everybody who was involved in the repair,from the moment I took the car in. I was reassured that Lovell's realised how precious my car was and took great care of it, although dealing with a car of this age must have throw problems your way, when I picked the car up I was very happy with the workmanship, level of detail and finish, I am happy that I made the right decision to come to Lovell's and would recommend them. So a very happy customer I would like to thank not only Justin who dealt with my claim but also all the other people behind the scenes who played apart in returning my car to the stand that it left the ford factory, the prep department, sprayer's etc, thank you once again from a very happy customer.

Enduring an accident in the snow up on the Scottish borders, Lovells took on all the headaches and got my family on the road in hours, collecting my car that night. Within two weeks my car was back with me. As a local business owner availability is essential, Lovells obviously see this equally as important. Thanks Lovells.
